Given the recent developments regarding the spread of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19), we are announcing the following procedural changes in the interest of maintaining the wellbeing of all our employees and customers through the preservation of a safe working environment and the need to deliver necessary services during the crisis.

Our office is open, however we do request that you make an appointment when possible. Face coverings are required when inside the office.   

We will call you the night before to confirm your appointment.   We will be excepting cash or check.  If you would like to use contactless payment we can take your credit card information over the phone and bill your credit card after the service is completed.  Your receipt will be emailed or regular mailed to you depending on your preference.

Whenever outside with out technician,  we ask that you wear a face covering and maintain a 6 foot distance from the technician whenever possible.   Our technician will call you when they are in route to your home.  If you do not answer we will not complete the service, so PLEASE make sure you answer.    

 If you prefer contactless service, please let us know at the time of your appointment booking or confirmation call. For contactless service, the technician will call you when he is in route to you home or upon arrival. The technician will call from a cell phone. The caller ID will not always appear as Miller Septic. PLEASE answer your phone if you get a call from an unknown number during your given service time window. If you DO NOT ANSWER we will not be able to complete the service.  Once your service has been completed the technician will call you to discuss the service that was completed, to give you your service total due, and to answer any questions in which you may have.   If the technician has any questions during the service, he will call you. 

Please allow at least 2 weeks’ notice for all requests for septic, grease, lift station and sludge pumping.  We are being inundated with pumping requests and are trying to accommodate everyone as quickly as possible.  

We will continue to try to accommodate same day / emergency service to the best of our abilities while keeping our staff safe.
